Paradise Koh Yao (4 Stars)
White-washed woods and turquoise coloured linens are featured throughout the shabby-chic Paradise KohYao resort. Air conditioning, mosquito netted beds, an open-air bathroom, and an outside terrace with the resort's characteristic swinging lounge chairs are included in each room. Inside, guests will find a minibar and a TV with international channels.
In addition to many other local half and full day outings, the on-site tour desk can arrange excursions to the nearby islands, including the famed James Bond Island. Guests can use the fee-based shuttle service to reach the local hamlet, from which they can rent a bicycle or motorbike to explore the island's open rice fields and markets.
